Jerrie Ellison Beauford, founder of Who Invited You, brings a wealth of experience to her financial education venture. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Ms. Beauford relocated to Denver, Colorado, three decades ago, where she embarked on a distinguished career in finance. For 28 years, she served at Charles Schwab, a Fortune 500 company, as a Branch Consultant, Licensed Stock Broker, and Financial Planner for High-Net-Worth Clients. Throughout her career, Ms. Beauford demonstrated a passion for financial literacy, volunteering to teach and develop curriculum content. This dedication to education aligns with her father’s legacy as a high school mathematics teacher who instilled in his students the importance of financial management. His motto, “If you think education is expensive, try ignorance,” and his belief that “numbers don’t lie” have profoundly influenced Ms. Beauford’s approach to financial education.
